Presentation of Hypo Group Alpe Adria’s detailed segment reporting is unchanged in 2007. The first part is devoted to the strategic bank and leasing segments, while the second part is segmented geographically – Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Other markets.

In 2007 Hypo Group Alpe Adria’s consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the first time. In earlier years they were presented on the basis of the Austrian Enterprise Code (UGB). All amounts in the Hypo Group Alpe Adria segment report are in accordance with IFRS, following the consolidated financial statements on which they are based.
