      At year-end 2006, Hypo Group Alpe Adria possessed a strong and balanced ownership structure with two major shareholder groups of virtually equal size. The Kärntner Landes- und Hypothekenbank- Holding possesses 47.05 % of stock and Hypo-Bank Burgenland AG, a company of Grazer Wechselseitige Versicherung AG, 43.43 %. Further 4.76 % stakes are held by the Hypo Alpe Adria Private Employee Trust and Berlin & Co. Capital S.à.r.l.
